@PixieStar   I may take a look. I think it's interesting how someone gives signals by the way they sit, fold their arms, etc. I read a book about it several years ago.

Just to be clear, Scott is part of the Body Language Panel. He also has his own channel Scott Rouse. I like both channels.

Wrong is still wrong just because you benefited from it.

I know him as one of four that analyzes body language,  mostly in the face.  It's interesting.

@qualitygal - I had no idea he is part of the panel of four his channel was recommended to me by YouTube immediately subscribed after watching the video yesterday about Melissa Gilberts husband. Excellent analysis! If proven guilty (innocent until proven otherwise) DA last week published exactly sentences if convicted of the charges are lengthy. Those who are interested in what the DA said any credible news organization has the documents. He's serious.

@PixieStar

I took a 2-day course in body language. When I was in banking the institution sent me to this class so that I could 1) read people to see if they were truthful and 2) make people feel comfortable so they would feel at ease leaving their money with us.

This was many years ago but I still use the same techniques today. There were meanings when a person is asked a question and they look up to the right, down to the left, etc. It really is accurate.

Another big thing is positioning yourself as the other is positioned. If they lean back in a chair and cross their arms, you do the same. If they lean towards the desk, you do the same. I like people to be comfortable around me so I will sometimes fall back to this.

@PixieStar I am curious. What did he say about Melissa's husband?

@cody2 - DA Bregman not much which isn't surprising. He did layout precisely what they will charge him more than one if convicted faces up to 15 years in prison. He went on to say they his team take very seriously child SA and all SA cases with utmost support for the victims of sexual predators.

My opinion looking at his appearance at his first arraignment (Tim) his swollen face and stomach huge bags under eyes possibly heavy consumption of alcohol not that has anything to do with the charges. DA made it clear without disclosure on evidence more than enough evidence exists. The case will take up to two years to prosecute. More details with the forthcoming charges visit online news sources or watch DA live video from few days ago he also mentioned why the emergency request for the judge to deny bond which is frightening. The judge held him without bond until his next appearance in the near future.

@PixiStar Thanks for your reply. I did go to YouTube to check him out for a few reasons. One, I am interested in body language. And two, I haven't read much about this case up into this point. I watched where Mr. Rouse went over the accused video after he turned himself in. Now I would LOVE to be able to say He is innocent because his charges are disgusting. I am hoping they are not true. However, if I was Melissa or her husband or their lawyer, I would be looking for something to charge Rouse with. I think it is way too early to make up ones mind that he is guilty just by watching that video and his supposed body language. And Rouse is pretty much certain that he is from I may be full of bologna and what he said falls under free speech. Time will tell.
