@chrystaltree  I'm in western mass,   Predictions for us is 8-12".    Thankfully it's the weekend.  Can't complain too much though as this is our first of the season.

Stay safe everyone!  Some of the predicted snowfall amounts are crazy.

I'm originally from Westchester County, NY, and they are getting hit too.  Though not as bad as Long Island and the coastal areas.

I now live at the beach in DE and it is snowing here.  Second storm this month.  Ugh.

Please keep my nephew in your prayers.  He's a NY State Trooper and he's out on the road until 7a tomorrow morning.Woman Sad

We live on the coast, north of Boston and we are expecting 18"-24" of snow. We are retired, so we don't need to drive any where and we can clear the snow. What makes me nervous is the

predicted blizzard conditions with strong winds. I'm hoping that we don't lose power and lose our heat. We have more than thirty

trees, mostly tall pines. A few years ago, we lost three pine trees from a storm with high winds. Falling trees can also pull down power lines.

Yesterday and today I have been baking and cooking; American Chop Suey, Pea Soup, Brownies and Pumpkin Bread. At least we won't starve.

I hope that the storm turns out to be less than expected

and that everyone stays safe and warm.

I'm in Tidewater, VA. It started snowing about 7 p m. And will all night. I'm not right on the water so hope wind isn't bad due to huge trees.
Forcast  is for 2-3". I can shovel that, but it will be so cold. My small Sno Joe is a waste of money, it's heavy, narrow and shoveling is easier.

That's funny @chrystaltree  I made a lasagna too! We're in the midst of it....I'm 10 miles north of Boston. Stay safe all of you on the East Coast!

@Luvsmyfam That is sad! We can work from home if the weather is too bad..I live super close to my job, so I try to make it in, but if it was really really bad, I would not! I am hoping we don't get much!!
