not much here today

did get all chores done

sheet day-big loads today but last load in dryer

had heavy rain overnight now just overcast,cool wind blowing. suppose to rain somemore later today

It was warm enough this morning for me to go to my dental appointment without a winter hat on my head. Personally I like wearing hats but I didn't want to look stupid

I made a quick trip to the grocery store and then picked up a pizza. Since it's Lent I have to be careful about messing up on Wednesdays and Fridays with the pepperoni.

Other than that, I'm having an easy day. Birds are good, outdoor animals are good, so I'm good.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

That is a beautiful blue bird - have never seen one with that striking color. Wow.

Well today was voting day here in California. They showed the super long lines a while back on TV - have not seen that here in a good 30 years or so. Wow!!! May be interesting to get the results later on.

Took Davey to the DMV for written test - he has to get that passed, then practice??? and then come back. He steamed that written exam - only missed one question. Good for him.

So it is practice time for a few days but have been told he is and has been a super driver. I use to yell at his Dad for letting him drive when he was avery young boy. I was livid but did not seem to matter to anyone except me. Grrr. Hopefully he will do well.
