Wish my Mother were still alive sad truth obesity along with several complications, same was true of her Mother both passed away early 60's before doing so suffered inflammation. The other example Father 93 plant based lifestyle since his youth man is active vibrant healthy. Then I have my own experience.

One more thing....

Like I said above beautiful experience, life changing mind body soul connection. Never realized painful existence of animals or the treatment farmers being bullied by large corporations. Hope one day change will happen. We can help make a difference.
