@ECBG If I'm going to eat donuts I prefer the cake donuts rather than fried.

I got some chocolat eclairs at an old fashioned bakery with the long glass cases. They couldn't out do Fresh Market! Their pastry was tough and rather course.

that looks good, but it needs a strip of crispy bacon attached to the top!....we call them maple bacon bars.

I am not big on sweets but don't put a donut in front of me! I can't resist. Not big on bread though I understand why warm bread with butter is a real treat for some.
