Give us an idea of the layout of the land.  Desert, mountainous, coastal, country, etc.

Hard to give names that would work, if we have no idea what we're dealing with!

   I'd say the property is country,rural, about 30 minutes from the Atlantic, quiet neighborhood, small unincorporated area....kind of a swampy area nearby.....I guess we could name it ''' WISHIN' AND A HOPIN'  ESTATES  !!

If there is not a lake or river, don't name it lake or river something.  Makes NO sense.  

If it is green, maybe Green Hils, The Greens at (location), 

Get a USGS topo map and see what geographic or geologic features and names are nearby.  You may be surprised that a hill place has a name that really isn't in use but is official.  Check with USGS maps for place names and you might get an idea!
