There is NO WAY I *could* have owned, or worked at a Baskin Robbins. NO WAY.  I would probably have eaten all the profits, in Ice Cream!

I've been "addicted" to "Ice Cream" all my life.  So was my Father.  No one else in my Family like Dad & I were.  Dad & I wld PANIC if there wasnt some Ice Cream in the Freezer!

       I remember, I asked Dad, "do you spoze love of Ice Cream could be hereditary?"  He laughed, & said, "I dont think so."

I cant think of any flavor of Ice Cream I havent liked!  None!

I remember in the 70's-80's, Baskin Robbins used to have a flavor "Here comes da Fudge."  INCREDIBLE!  

Ben & Jerry's used to have an Ice Cream named after Willie Nelson (I think) & it was a "Peach Pie" flavor. (Limited).  Incredible!

You are sooooo fortunate to have owned a Baskin Robbins.  I wish I knew you then!  I'd visit often!  And I'd volunteer to be your "Official Taster!"

But now, I dont consume *any* "Refined Sugar,"  What so   ever.   BUT,  you best believe, I found "No sugar" Ice Cream!

I've found flavors in a Brand Name, "Rebel" & "Keto"   And  2 kinds of  "Klondike - No Sugar Added." Plus, no sugar Fudgesicles & Popcicles.

I still panic if my Freezer doesnt have any Ice Cream in it,  still "no refined sugar." 

    I get Amazon Prime Deliveries.  If I see (my freezer) or (Amz Prime Grocery) getting low.  I'll order. Darn right I will!

I'd volunteer to be an Ad for Ice Cream!  And I'd insist I'd have to taste each brand, & each flavor I presented.  "Just so my presentation was authentic."  LOL

I used to love B&R ice cream.  I hadn't had any in a few years so about a year ago I bought a small carton at the grocery store.  After the first spoonful, I thought it tasted greasy, so I read the ingredients on the carton.  FAKE ice cream!  I dumped it out and will never buy it again.

We do not have Baskin Robbins any long but we have a local ice cream shop that is fantastic. They are better than Basin Robbins.

I loved that place!! Not sure any are around anymore here is western WA--at least in my neck of the woods---my very fave flavor was jamoca almond fudge--- now there is a Cold Stone ice cream place near me--that is pretty good altho I don't eat much ice cream anymore. And near where I live is a new shop that makes and serves non- dairy ice cream which is amazing---my DD loves that place--has very unsual flavors--my fave --for the moment-- is lemon meringue pie--and they make their own waffle cones some that are gluten free-------WOW!!!

@mspatmac I'm a cup kind'a girl too!  Even when I was a kid because cones dripped and spilled.  I wasn't crazy about stuff on a stick either because of that.  

Especially after my best friend got her tongue froze to a fudge bar!   Scary stuff!

I am confused.  I know Ben and Jerry's ice cream is being boycotted by some people, but never knew Baskin Robbins was as well.
