Birdmama,whsh I could walk,but walk and go to gym I had to quit both because of my back. I'm trying to lose a few pounds and it's very hard if you don't move. My son in law is now walking 51/2 miles at a time,and he walks 2-3 times a day. He used to go to gym and for a while he and my daughter were into body building. Her more so. She took 1 set place in a show,therefore she would have to compete in pro shows,which she choose not to do.you almost have to live at the gym at that level. I send you a pic. Of her.

you deserve to take a break after retiring for a while😉

Check it out,there are some good books,and full length,not skimpy little ones.

Well, darn. It is raining again. Of course it is-I'm getting my delayed haircut tomorrow. At least it is warmer.

Been spinning my my wheels all day. I sent a note to osh kosh asking for the bonus I was supposed to get. The customer service thing said they would get back to me I. 24 hrs. I guess they did since they acknowledge receiving my email. I will call them tomorrow. I gave the receipt to Kelly so she could exchange if need be so she took a snapshot and I then forwarded it.

Then I tried to find someone who could clean up the yard. Everyone was out doing other people's yards. Merle is up to his neck In Snow orders so I was trying to help. I'm forbidden from using his demo tools. I wanted to get lawn service started but there is too much junk on the yard. Wednesday I'm meeting with someone to put curbing around the rocks I have around the trees. We would be able to mow right up to them so they say. I think it is going to be too expensive but it really looks neat and finished. We will see unless he stands me up again.

Im getting bored with myself so I'm going to head to bed.

I cleaned the main part of my garage yesterday. The house I am in was the model house with builder office attached. What than means is that the original construction includes an additional garage that could probably fit a VW beatle easily. Well, that add on room is what really requires my attention. That said, I wanted to feel like I accomplished something fairly easily so I cleaned out the 2 car garage part. It needed a good sweeping and re-organizing. I tossed a couple of things and am now really pleased with what it looks like.

The add on room - ugh - that one is gonna take days. The room is organized - there are boxes of stuff that belonged to my husband. Hoping I don't run across a dead mouse or anything. When I am done I want to see open space - not boxes on shelves and in the rafters.

@Bird mama We would have to move in order for my garage to have open space, lol, saved ALL of DD's toys, games, crafts, and they look practically new, so if she never has children, she can sell them or donate. Of course, there is a ton of decor items stored there also on steel shelving units.
