I haven't been in an Arby's for years now.  I used to go and I liked their roast beef sandwiches.

However, it would depend on the actual restaurant and how well I thought it was being maintained.

We have a favorite McDonald's and we know the manager.  She's been there for over 30 years and she would not tolerate any unhygienic practices.  We know the food we eat there has been safely prepared.  Plus, I think they have the best coffee around.

I just wish these places would stop with sesame seed buns that is what is un-healthy for your gut, divatickulitiss I believes is spelled very dangerous to get. I pick them off my Big Mac , a pain but worth it.And almost every sandwich at Arby's is made this way.

@BeccaLou  My friend had two bouts with diverticulsis and avoids eating all seeds.  When she orders fast food that has a seeded bun she asks them to use 2 bottom buns and they always oblige her.  HTH

I can't do that with a Door Dash Delivery. If I order a Big Mac I pick the seed off. Two bottoms just don't taste right when I ordered in person.

the ice cream machines at mcdonalds are rarely available for mcflurrys. it has become a joke around here. we know the reason why......no one wants to clean the machines daily so they just dont have them available.

ice cream and shakes are plentiful at sonic and chick fil a.

we do have an arbys close by, but i have not stopped in in quite  a while. i actually like their ham and cheese even more than their roast beef. i like some of their sandwiches also.

Interesting. We stopped at a Burger King recently and they told us they were out of buns!  How do you run out of buns?  And couldn't someone run to a local grocery to get some more?

What would they do, snowplow the shelves for all the hamburger buns?

If they are anything like chain restaurants (franchised or not) they aren't allowed to deviate from corporate approved product or recipes.

Most of the Arbys in our area have been closed for a long time; way before COVID. Always considered it to be mystery meat.

aww come on someone mention their yummy reubens...I like those and the seasonal chicken salad sandwiches, with grapes, walnut meats and lettuce,,good with their multigrain bread..We always split the sandwich for the 2 of us as it's huge, two big slabs of multigrain bread..

I was reading the other day that there's an expanded menu at Arby's , now I cannot remember what they call it, but you can ask (if you are aware of what supposedly expanded includes) for any of the new items , why it's not on the main menu I have no clue..my memory I forget in the time it takes to drive there, which is about 25 miles..

@insomniac2 I've never even seen that on the menu but it sounds like it's to die for :-)
