We started to get rain last evening and it continued through the night.  The grass looks so green as does all the buds on the trees and shrubs.  I don't think I pruned my forsythia back properly in the fall - it's bloomed this year around the outer edges and I've got blank sections in the middle.  Maybe it's just blooming funky this year I don't know.

We're expecting more scattered rain today through Tuesday.  I don't mind because the robins have been running around the backyard and they are eating well.

It's another drippy and partly sunny day.  I was talking to my sister just last week about ducks and geese - she sees geese on the property at work.  I told her that my ducks haven't been by since October 2018.  Guess who came by for a snack today?  A nice looking chunky male duck.  Boy was I excited.  If I'm lucky he'll bring his woman and a few friends by for a visit.  Now, if only my rabbits would come back... and the possum....and the groundhog

It was great to see Conrad and his siblings Thanks Possum. That makes my day. Do not like this getting older than anything and having the health fall apart at the same time. Just way too active for a good 86 years and then boom. Fell apart. Oh well, as my Mother use to tell us all the time "There are others who have it worse." She was so very right!
