We had a tornado (EF 0) touch down in Dundee MI on Saturday. Yea on the enhanced Fujita scale is was not the worst that could have befallen the community. Y'all know I don't like wind so anything on the Fujita scale would have had me losing my mind.

It was nice and sunny for a good part of the day. It's raining now and if I understood what the weather guy said this morning it will be a bit cooler tomorrow, shoot up to the low 70's sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday and then run head long into a cold front that will raise all kinda Cain weatherwise. Considering the blizzard that is tracking from Wyoming to Upper Minnesota, I'm gonna try real hard not to complain.

Only thing about unstable weather like this is trying to figure out the best time to pick up the cheesecake for Easter, lol. I'd hate to load up the fridge and lose power. I've had that happen to me.

You know weather is so crazy I'm wondering if I should pause getting estimates for new windows, siding and gutters and talk to a Generac person first - this is crazy.

Bernie, Thank you for this new 'nest' for April. Been stormy here a few days ago, a nice weekend and today we were in the 70ies. Tomorrow, Tuesday, brings a threat of severe weather to our areas. Hoping it's not as bad as it was last Friday.

Good Morning Everyone

I can't believe it is April already even though the calendar tells me so. I have a Doctor's appointment this morning and this one is not going to be easy. He was my DH's doctor and now here I am having to go see him. It's actually a consultation regarding my magnesium. My Doctor feels I am losing my magnesium through my kidneys. Nice huh? Well this Doctor today is a nephrologist and I guess he will have to figure this out.

I am finally going to get to the Y today to get some water therapy in. The Delta variance is long gone. Thank God!

We are due for some weather changes again. We are suppose to get some bad storms/ wind/ rain later this afternoon. The weather men all say it will be like last Friday. We got slammed with a lot of rain/ wind.

@Bird mama I see you mentioned you had a tornado near you. I hope I never ever see one of those here. They claim since we are surrounded by 3 rivers and the bluffs we should be ok. I wonder???
