hey all

Luv I had a flare of my IBD last night still uncomfortable today. i have no idea what happened. just out of the blue threw me for a loop de loop

notmuch else today

chores done. 1 load clothes folded,2nd load in dryer

sunny but very cool today a north wind, it is blowing too

Here's an update from Betty @yock Betty's granddaughter posted this update on FB:

Grandpa update: well...the coronavirus just became a lot more personal to me and to you. My grandpa has tested positive for Covid-19. He continues to stay in the ICU, sedated and intubated. They are monitoring his vitals which, for the most part, remain stable. He’s not requiring as high of a percentage of oxygen as he had been so that is a positive. My grandma is officially quarantined and the county health department will be calling her every day to record her temperature and if any other symptoms have presented. All the prayers you’ve got to offer are so greatly appreciated.

hey all

not much here tonight.

dh had to make another grocery run this afternoon.

dh made the bestest dinner tonight with an angus steak we had 1 can of dice tomatoes and a slow cooker. Mix together and cook for 6 hours and it so delicious so simple but so tastey.

as usual did chores, got walks in. That is all for tonight guys later.
