hey all

watching some of my dvr'ed shows now. Have my steam oven out and ready to reheat.

began spit raining on my walk and was not wearing my slicker so had to put on the steam and run walk to get home before rain began coming down heavier.

Hi everyone - got too stinking warm and humid today. And to think it is not even summer. Too much stuff to put on my fact these days - oxygen mask and of course wear my glasses. Miserable

hey all

just finished putting away all the week grocery run. dh has off today so that is done for the week. had to go to 3 stores today to get the list.

we have had some heavy duty rain since last night. over 1 inch in gauge, suppose to rain remainder of today. my whole house yard is under water. had to wear my rubber boots today on walk, hate them, hurts my bad foot but managed to hobble home, that last couple blocks i was semi limping.

not much else right now guys,will check in later.

I need to check out some rubber rain boots @viva923 The pair I have is old and one of them has a leak. I think we're expecting rain here too.

My sister came over to drop more stuff off at my house. I was getting ready to make a small pan of cornbread (jiffy mix, lol) so I told her to come in and sit at the kitchen table. She was wearing a mask and put on fresh gloves and I was wearing a mask and washed my hands perpetually.

She visited for about an hour and we kept around 6-10 feet apart from each other.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

hey all

not much going on here.

did get out for a good half hour walk tonight felt good to keep moving after dinner. Had 6 of my daughter sugar cookies for dessert tonight, they were so good,they were small cookies .

have to get laundry started again. Will see all tomorrow.

Good afternoon all.It is raining here at my part of the fence.

I am here without my right front tooth.I was eating a pork rib and broke my front tooth off.I am not in bad pain so it is not considered an emergency.I don't know when I can get it fixed,as who knows when dentists can work again. Good thing I have to stay home I guess and when I go out I will wear a mask.Our dental insurance is not the best so who knows how much it will cost.Not a good time for this to happen.

I left some pudding for you as I can eat that LOL

hellie oh my gosh, such a lousy thing to happen to you. Sure hope once all opens up you can get repairs done quickly and won't cost an arm/leg.

Oh @hellie jo I'm sorry to read that you broke your tooth on a rib. I'm glad that you are not in pain. I thought dentists were open for emergencies but I'm not sure.

I was supposed to see my endocrinologist on April 1st for my annual exam and rescheduled it to May 5th. On Friday I got a call from the office and I was advised the doctor was not seeing patients physically or online because she was working through something personal The next appointment available is June 29th. I didn't come out and ask what was going on but all I thought was oooh, I hope she is not ill.
