@mousiegirl  I'm sorry sweetie, I should have stopped in :-)  Not too much going on.  I saw my endocrinologist yesterday for the annual chat.  I allowed her to do a bone density exam after the blood work.  I know I have an issue with bone density for a variety reasons.  She will recommend a drug I am sure and I will hem and haw because I don't want jaw or femur fractures, lol.  We were getting along so well and I know my refusal will change the relationship, lol.  She should have stayed with the thyroid.

@Bird mama  Thank you for popping in. Smiley Happy  I know what you mean, it can be awkward, but at my age, I speak my mind, gently but firmly. Smiley Happy

Are you following April the giraffe?  It looks as though it may be tonight as she is paying a lot of attention under her tail. Smiley Happy

we have a bird couple building a nest in the bushes next to the pool.    They are small birds with a long tail and a rather long bill. The male has some black and white coloring that you can see when he is showing off.  He likes to bring his load to the top of the screened in pool then He sorta runs like a road runner to the edge where he jumps off to go into the bushes.  Fun to watch.

If  you have resident feathered ones, they can be a lot of fun to watch. We do not seem to have them much any more. Use to have mockingbirds - they are hysterically comical. Sure miss them - and others also.

Does not look nice outside this morning - Sigh. Several areas out here had rain. Tad chilly but not frigid at all.

Hope one and all have a good day - enjoy those birdies Betty!!!

It was nice, mild and sunny here today.  I ran a couple of quick errands and enjoyed some of the fresh air in the back yard picking up loads of pinecones, branches and twiglets.  We've had some windy weather in the past month and add to that the squirrels play with the twigs and branches, back yard looked a little unkempt.

It looks neater now even though the yard is looking bumpy from the squirrels burying their nuts and seeds that I put out.  It will all fill in  - eventually :-)
