I'm still in mourning over the loss of my husband 2 years ago, and my youngest son last year.  My other son is having personal problems as well, and lives with me.  All that together is taking a toll on my emotional health.  I cry a lot.  Try to concentrate on the blessings I DO have in my life, which are considerable.  We all go through these rough patches when life is overwhelming, but one has to get through them. I do it with the help of my Heavenly Father.
