You can purchase Biotin over the counter at any drug store or Amazon. I take two 10,000 mcg daily. Good luck!

See your doctor and start taking biotin, it won't hurt you as far as I know and it may help. If you color and perm your hair, stop. Use a shampoo that will not strip your hair and you may want a short haircut for awhile, IMO it's easier to style.

Run to your Dermatologist, I suffer from Alopecia and it's arrested but there is no cure.  Save what you have.  Good luck to you.

From Amazon I use: Cayene Hair Loss Treatment.  It mixed oils for the scalp.  My hair loss has dramatically decreased.

Drink more water so you stay hydrated, take a good multivitamin with a lot of Vitamin C, and be sure that you get enough rest at night, even if that means going to bed earlier.

Re: Any suggestions to stop hair loss?

Why do you have hair loss? Is it temporary or permanent?

There are many things that contribute to hair loss.

Pregnancy or recently given birth

Stress

Drugs

Not enough protein in the diet

Too much Vitamin A

Too Little,Vitamin B

Heredity

Hormones

Iron deficiency

Underactive thyroid

Weight loss

There are many more reasons.  You should first see a doctor and have a blood test run. You need to rule out a  medical problem.

There are now topical creams and foams approved by the FDA and are  proven to help with hair loss, but If,there is an underlying medical problem you need to address that first.

Go to your doctor.  I have very heavy thick hair and was experiencing lots of shedding about a year ago.  My thyroid was low.  I am okay now.

Re: Any suggestions to stop hair loss?

I'm one of those who lost hair with Wen Smiley Sad.  I started using shampoo with Biotin and collagen, and taking Biotin daily, and now am back to normal. I still use Wen as a leave-in conditioner, and love the treatment mist, but will not use it as a cleanser again.
