@ninjawife ... Love cacio & pepe!  I first had it in Rome.... it was delicious!   You would think it is really easy to make as there are so few ingredients.  However, nothing could be further from the truth.  I found a recipe for it on America's Test kitchen that works really well.

My daughter studied in Rome for a semester so she is very well versed in how to make cacio e pepe.  She did a great job!
