I'v found that used to be true, but not anymore.  Usually 2 to 3 days - it's not what it used to be.

There is a Amazon fulfillment center 10 miles away from me. If I order Ensure, shampoos, toiletries, vitamin's, bottle drinks, etc.  I will get it the same day I order it.

@BunSnoop .........I am a Prime member and there are some items from 3rd party sellers that it takes 2-3 or more months to ship.  I personally have on seen that happen when Amazon ships.  I do not order any item that would take months before shipping.

Even as a prime member, there are items that take longer to arrive and some will have additional shipping applied.  And yes, they're shipping on that slow boat from you know where.  It's up to the customer to pay attention to what they're ordering.

My member is set to renew next week and am not sure that I am going to renew for $139.  I tend not to watch that many movies or shows on Prime like I do Netflix.  I do like the fast hassle  free shipping, but not for $139.

Every item has an estimated delivery date. If your order says 1-2 months, you needed to look closely at each item.

When I was in SoCal, I received most orders overnight, occasionally same day.


I now live rural and typical is 2-3 days. It says prior to ordering. It’s rare that an order is late.

@Qgirl26    I just became familiar  with Amazon Haul by accident.  I was searching for a particular item and it popped up as available on Haul.  I ordered them at a ridiculously reduced price and I was given a delivery date a month out for  but it popped up one day at my door in less than two weeks.
