She specifically said it was not a QVC purchases so why tell her to contact the QVC team????  I would dispute the charge with my credit card company, I would also file  formal complaint with the Usps.  If you can track it, they can track it and see where it stopped.  That doesn't mean you'll ever get it or that Usps can find it but it proves they had it up until that point, after that the ball is in the seller's court.  It's up to them to work it out with Usps.  As for a refund, that depends on their refund policy.  Every retailer has one, go online and see what their's is.

@Lucylu12@Pook@CalminHeart - the OP did say in her post it wasn't the Q.

I know that!!  I said my issue was with a QVC order but the answer from UPS was to notify QVC (or company order was with) and then they should return my money or send another item - and then QVC (in my case) or whatever company it was should then file a claim.  My point was that UPS refunded my money since I couldn't get a refund from the company I ordered from!!   Same scenario so it shouldn't matter what company OP ordered from!!  The same protocol does apply to USPS as well.

Biggest problem I have had with getting things was when UPS and others started handing things over to USPS for delivery...USPS couldn’t care less...and it’s impossible to get anyone who is interested in helping. I just dealt with a similar issue yesterday. FedEX was the culprit this time! They left a package for me in a vacant lot.....twice! If it shows up on google maps...it’s a house, even if the address didn’t exist.

I totally agree with you---USPS couldn't care less about our lost pkgs.  I've filed an online missing mail form, sent emails---nothing. The ladies working at my local PO were no help & didn't care either.

LemonTravels.pngI believe a large part of these problems is that no human being actually looks at the adresses. A machine is scanning bar codes and if it can't read it, the parcel can get stuck in limbo. Above is the travels of a parcel I was mal9ng to our daughter in upstate NY. It finally came back to us, we repackaged it and sent it out suvccessfully.
