I washed them and hung them damp but the bottom half still have packing creases.  This was my friend's suggestion.  I also tried steaming blasts from my iron but it did nothing.

Please help, they look terrible Cat Frustrated

What's the fabric?  Synthetic?  Cotton?

Steaming without pressing with an iron doesn't always work.

I'd use a steam iron.  Spritz the curtains with water from the iron, then press.  Set the temp to the fabric on the iron.

What @spud188  said.  That way no worries about damage to fabric.  LM

PS they are synthetic/polyester white and very sheer.  However they do the jovso no one can see in.  Amazon product with no instructions on laundering or pressing.

Re: Advice On Sheer Curtains

With delicate pressing tasks, you can always use a "press cloth" or any piece of thin woven white cotton.

Ladies, grab one of hubby's white dress shirts if he has extra, and cut the back out!

Perfect press cloth!

Re: Advice On Sheer Curtains

When I wash my sheer curtains I pull them out of the washer, one at a time, while they are still dripping wet and iron them while they are that wet.
