Re: Adjusting To Day Light Savings Time

Doesn't  affect me. Oh wait! I live in Arizona. We don't change times. I wish the rest of the country would stop and leave it alone.

Re: Adjusting To Day Light Savings Time

No problem adjusting to one hour, I'm just having trouble getting to sleep now.  I sleep hard after that, so I think it could be the Diet Pepsi.

Re: Adjusting To Day Light Savings Time

It doesn't affect me.  Sunday I was a little groggy most of the day but I have days where I've stayed up later than normal and feel the same way.  It will balance out the next day.

It takes me a while to adjust.  I try to ignore it, but can't.  I like DST and wish it would stay there!!

I set my clocks back a week ago so that I would acclimate with a minimum of stress.  I do not look forward to the 2X yearly time change, and I empathize with those who struggle.

Yes, @Tinkrbl44 , when in college it was referred to as simply the cogito.. We were so very enlightened then!

Re: Adjusting To Day Light Savings Time

Takes me a few days to adjust, but I don't work so not a big deal, however DD does and she walks to work in the darkness for a couple weeks after the time change, which she HATES!!! Maybe if the powers that be, would just get it together for this one little piece of legistration, time change would be history---I know, I know----probably have to go to the Supreme court---oh geez, we would be doomed!!!

Re: Adjusting To Day Light Savings Time

It really throws me for a loop for several days.  All I do is sleep.
