Well, I'm hoping exercise and keeping weight in check will help.  I'm not one for cosmetic surgery, but if my waist increases 10" due to my bust....I just might.  Or, I'd bite the bullet and invest in the best supportive bra I could find.  

Aging is a process....and sometimes I think the lesson is acceptance.   There is a lot to be said for inner beauty and wisdom that increase with age.

They don't make good bras for older women.  I've started just wearing sports bras.

@cindyNC   agree....I keep looking and have tried most.  I, too, am rocking my sports bras...I just find them more comfortable.

My husband would say 'It least it will take the wrinkles from the face'.

My bra size 32 G.   I found that Wacoal bras with an under wire are good for me, they also have a sports bra, with underwire.

I could never wear a sports bra, to much bounce and no support.

I don't have that problem--I am happily flat chested due to cancer --don't miss bras at all and the best part--no more mammos!!! But my mom had HUGE boobs that hung like that---was terrible for her.

Not that droopy, but it has affected my waist.  One advantage n gaining some weight, everyone keeps saying, you look so good.

 My face got fuller and so the few wrinkles I have are smooth.

When I got my colonoscopy, the nurse looked at my age and said, you look so good, would never have guessed your age.

Then that night I had an incident and the ambulance had to come to take me to ER.  The EMT said, you look so good.

Go figure.  I was OK both times for both incidents.  

Just precaution the ER trip.

Just funny on the comments about my looks.  Some weight when you are older is helpful. Not a lot, maybe 5lbs.
