QVC only wants to hear how wonderful all the hosts are and how wonderful they are.

All the hosts are not wonderful, some are very pretencious and annoying. And Customer Service is not what it used to be.

I myself have sent emails about different situations and requested a reply back and you never get a reply back. The company does not want to be bothered with its customers.

Shipping is a disgrace with the price of the return when you only pay a smaller amount.

They do nothing about it.

QVC has failed its custmers in many ways. They only wnat to hear they are the best and really they are not.

@PINKdogWOOD So, I’m asking do we remember the nicks of those posters and ignore at all costs, never engage w/ an opposing opinion or thought for fear of being shut down? Is that fair to the rest of us?

@151949 Oh absolutely. I’ve seen it happen mercilessly to a new poster recently...OP asking a question. I could just imagine her crying or close to it. She probably never expected a hostile response from the same group who usually hang together in gang style. I tried to come to her defense by answering her question and reprimanding the offenders & they came down on me. For what? Being protective?

IMO - when you constantly ignore another poster because you don't want to have to engage with what you know will be vicious behavior in return, then the only opinion out there is theirs. If someone says something that you KNOW is not true, do you or don't you have a moral obligation to correct it? For instance when someone puts a statement about medicare that is not correct and you don't want the poor person who originally asked about it to believe incorrect info and base a decision on something not true.

@Shanus. Who is the gang group? Never noticed this unless you mean posters that have the same opinions.

@proudlyfromNJ One would hope, but as of last night, the few that hang near me and live to see my posts so they can be nasty, disrespectful and argumentative are still here. What do I do with these women? I’ve ignored them for years...they don’t go away. One made a remark about my keeping a list of “offenders”, but I’ve found no other recourse than to keep tabs of them and have the red flags go up when I see their name.
