I remember watching the show back then.  Loved it.  I also remember Molly Dallas.  Still have a few pieces.  Wish I could get more!!  Also wish they could do the tour again.

They had some inventors, including a guy who invented a shovel helper handle that I still have. When I bought them (I bought 2) I lived in an apartment but they seemed like such a smart ideal that I had to have them. They are a rigid v-shaped piece of plastic with pipe straps to attached the handle to a shovel and they are fabulous for shoveling snow. They make some shovels with the bend that look something like it, but these are great and allow you to really swing the snow away without doing yourself a mischief. I bought a few other things from the tour and many items sold out fast, but the handles remain a favorite still today. Now people think you have to be the best and destroy the competition to be successful. Some of the sprouts are in the 50 in 50 spirit.

Their Sprouts program seems to have entrepreneurs much like the 50 in 50 tour did.
