@LdyBugz In late Jan/early Feb 2015, a bunch of us from work were walking to lunch and it was so warm you didn't need more than a sweater.  I made a comment that I like to have at least one big snowstorm every winter and about a week later we got the first of all those crazy storms we had in Feb.  Do you remember that?  We just had one storm after another and there was no place left to put the snow. I also remember all the crazy icicles that were hanging from eveyone's roof after a couple of weeks.  They were lethal!  I love snow, but even I was sick of snow after that!

@lkat  Yeah, I remember!  So I guess we'll always know who to blame for these storms, right?!  😉

@LdyBugz I promise from now on I will try to keep my mouth shut when it comes to wishing for snow!  Good luck tomorrow.

@lkat  Well I'm glad we have an understanding now about your past behavior and new intentions.  Keep in mind that I have your proclamation in writing, and there are witnesses.  LOL!

Be safe!!!  Stay warm!

@LdyBugz  you aren't whinning and I didnt take it like that :-)  It's all good.  My husband who grew up in PA and WVA is so over winter that he talks Florida every winter lol.  My skiing days are over and I haven't ice skated in years and years.  But play in the snow with my grand kids?  I can do that.  I can go sledding. I just bundle up.  I'm old but not out of the game yet.  And then cookies and hot chocolate after watching a movie under the blankets.  I'm just one of those weird people who just could not cope without seasonal changes.  I know there are women here that would think I'm out of my mind but again I don't take it personally.  That's why there are different places to live.

@eadu4  Yeah, sledding with the grands is doable, and of course anything with them is fun!  Like you, I need the change of seasons.  I just can't imagine fall without the majestic change in foilage, or the refreshing bite of the crisp air.  Then there's the sense of renewal and anticipation of spring after a long, hard winter.

BTW, I was indeed whining, and poking fun at myself for doing so!   ðŸ˜‰

About 2:30 pm it started snowing in Northern VA, they are saying we are supposed to only get 2-4" (depending on how close the "L" gets to the coast that mixed with the snow that came from the West).

@LdyBugz I mean no harm but glad it is you and not me.  We got 5 or 6 inches maybe last Feb here in north Missisippi and the whole town shut down.  The south has no means to cope with the snow.
