@Hooty I know what you're saying!  We're putting our home on the market next month.  Been here 30 years. The taxes are becoming too much and the neighborhood is transitioning to young families.  We hope to find a smaller home near our son.  He lives in the southern part of the state.  We're just outside Chicago.

We'd like a slower pace and less expenses.  I have alot of trepidation,though. Send me good thoughts! It's hard to make these life changing decisions when you're a certain age.

@butterfly123 Felt sad to read about your friend,Elaine.  I hope she's given strength and peace. I lost my best friend Mary two years ago this November.  She also had a brain tumor. Sometimes I still cant believe she's gone. Blessings to you,I know it isn't easy for you.
