Has anyone found a travel neck pillow that works well?

I have some neck and back problems and am in search of that perfect travel neck pillow that will support my neck and head while trying to nap on a plane. I'm willing to pay more for something that doesn't push my head forward and prevents my head from dropping forward as I doze off. I am almost always in the middle seat in coach, so I need as much comfort as I can get. Have you found anything that helps you rest while traveling by plane?

actually, do you have a Five Below near you? I have several travel neck pillows from Five Below that are great! We keep extras in my vehicle in case we take long road trips, and have a few in our living room, too And you can't beat the price, $5!!

I have neck , shoulder problems and TMJ. The best travel pillow for me is the My Pillow travel pillow.

I would also think My Pillow travel pillow is best- becasue the regualr one cradles my neck and I sleep so well!

I bought mine here and I LOVE IT. It's like the usual U shape with a 3rd section that goes under your chin to hold it up. I slept all the way home from Germany in the middle seat. Believe me it is fantastic not to mention their memory foam.
