Crisso, I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am about what that poster said. It was cruel and heartless. I wish I had logged back on sooner to have been able to respond. No one should be allowed to be that cruel to others. That is seriously a reason to ban someone.

I have often wondered the same thing. There is one particular poster who is either a moderator or knows someone who is. The moment a post appears that may disagree with her, it is gone. Other posters have commented on this situation as well.

I agree, it was really awful. That poster was way over the top in defending the OP. She took it way too far! The moderation needs some tweaking.

I don't know what happened but it sounds like someone was nasty to you. Did you hit the report button? That's your best recourse and the fastest way to have a post removed.

IMO, I would hate to see more monitoring of these forums. 99.9% do the right thing. Why punish everyone for the few.

I also believe there are posters that work for the Q in disguise, one in particular is allowed to say anything she wants to and never gets poofed. She does not come in often but when she does she attacks anyone that does not agree with her. I also believe she has at least three accounts because they are all variations of the first name.

I have seen so many posters get beat up just for an opinion, I refuse to ever start another thread that can be turned into something ugly. I have mentioned this before but I started a thread awhile back about good deeds and you would not believe what that turned into. Horrible people posting.

I hope you mention this to your relative, the Q producer. Looks like it's going to take someone on the inside track to get something done because posting comments here doesn't seem to work.

I am also very upset that Crisso was so hurt by these beyond-the-pale comments. I happen to think the world of her, and I hope she rethinks her absence. Now I wish I had her e-mail.

I am also putting in my two cents about this poster mentioned above. I've recently joined but have been a long time reader. I've seen her repeat the same bad behavior to others. I've seen her post where she, word for word, admitted that she indeed was harassing her and would continue to do so and follow her around until she "learned her lesson." That thread with that response was removed. That makes one wonder.

It appears that the QVC Social Team can look into these matters. You have to email them directly.

Start a thread, get bullied, say what you think, get bullied, say something back to the bullies get reported. Give an honest opinion as to what you think, get reported and get put in time out, say it again, get banned.

This is what happens to some, but for some reason there are others that are so nasty they hurt posters. They get reported and nothing happens, so yes I do believe there are moderator plants on these threads.

My advice, keep it clean and fun and all will be good in forum land.
