Seems to me I remember that the Q used to send out birthday cards to you and offer you a chance to use 5 easy pays on demand.. I haven't received anything , is this something they have stopped .. I got a card from HSN with a coupon for 20% off of any item ordered. Also another question , I used to get a magazine type thing from the Q.. does anyone know how to order it or has this been discontinued .. thank you

I've heard via these forums that the Q used to send out birthday Easy Pays... You couldn't prove it by me, because I never received one. I don't know if they still send them out. I have read a few references to a birthday tote bag some people have reported receiving. It's unclear, though, whether it comes with a mandate to purchase... As for the Insider, it apparently is only now received by the select few chosen by QVC and can no longer be ordered... I guess all this selectivity is a holdover from their very limited customer incentive program, you know, from back in the days when they used to be a premier home shopping resource...

I did receive a birthday cards from QVC in the past. I honestly don't remember receiving one last year.

It's probably been ten years since I received any special offer for my birthday.
