      <title>Orders Missing from Order Status</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Today I noticed an item I purchased in mid March is suddenly missing from my Order Status.&amp;nbsp; It was there last week when I initiated a return and now it is completely gone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thankfully, I saved my packing slip when I returned the item.&amp;nbsp; If I had not, I would not have proff of it ever existing!&amp;nbsp; I mailed it back last week and I will give it a week to get processed before I call.&amp;nbsp; I returned it with 3 other things in one box; just the way I received the items.&amp;nbsp; QVC customer care told me it was okay to do it that way. I used the QR code for one of the items. That item has already processed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12382"&gt;@Catch71&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I had that happen several times over the past couple of years. &amp;nbsp;You can email the social team about the item. &amp;nbsp;They were always able to "find" mine.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;The very first time it happened, the customer service rep gave me a terse response, "&lt;EM&gt;we do &lt;STRONG&gt;not&lt;/STRONG&gt; delete orders.&lt;/EM&gt;" &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;It seems they had no experience or knowledge with that happening, so they acted like it was my error in looking at the Order Status.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I think it was my only negative interaction with one of the QVC reps in all the years I've shopped here.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've noticed when an item reaches a position on the order status list, it disappears then re-appears when a new purchase is made.&amp;nbsp; This has been happening for years.&amp;nbsp; Fortunately the CS reps seem to have no trouble seeing it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/211171"&gt;@Caaareful Shopper&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12382"&gt;@Catch71&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; It has happened to me several times, &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In fact when Abdrew Lessman had his TSV I ordered the CoQ10 and Phytoceramides. &amp;nbsp; Somebody screwed up big time because I received double orders of both. &amp;nbsp;I thiught I was going crazy. &amp;nbsp; When I called customer service they were so surprised because they had no indication why I would get two. &amp;nbsp;I presumed they came directly from Andrew's company, &amp;nbsp; Anyway, &amp;nbsp;after long discussions with CS hoping to get it straightened out, I went back into my order status to check and the orders had disappeared then reappeared a few days later. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="times new roman,times" size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;that was just one example,but it has happened before abd their search bar is useless. &amp;nbsp;I can't tell you how many times it has come up saying we can't find that order&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/12382"&gt;@Catch71&lt;/a&gt; 🌼&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Happens to me too, but you don’t need the long Order # to find it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;AND if you go by the order # on your credit card statement that number is 2 digit’s longer than needed for the search. If you drop the last 2 numbers, then Search, the item will appear.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A LOT Easier to do this instead…&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In Search Bar just type the BRAND’s name and your order will appear! 🤗</description>
