Sizing for Hosts

Watching today’s TSV LOGO Boyfriend Jeans. Waiting to hear the sizes of models, presenter & host. When they get to Leah she gives her size as “Tall”. Then she quickly changes the subject to microphone trouble for the presenter. Her (number) size is what I was waiting to hear to help me determine a size. Show Producers should make sure the hosts offer their size for the benefit of the viewers.

Go by the measurements. I have an last years boyfriend jean with the fringe hem. They actually run a little large. I wear a M but they do stretch out in the waist area after a few hours of wear. I prefer a pull on style for this reason but I really DO NOT NEED a new pair of jeans so I will pass on this. If they were under $50 I might have considered...

She rarely if ever gives her size. When she does it’s XL. In retail she would be a 1X in Alpha. Numeric sizing likely an 18 in retail. I worked in a high end retailer for many years long ago as a personal shopper (it was awful) and was tasked with helping women find suitable clothing. Women of all sizes. I’m like a carnival gamer. I’m pretty good with height, weight and clothing size range of women as leftover trauma from that job.

This particular Jean is number sizing so I wanted to know what number. I’ve never purchased LOGO. That’s why I was paying such close attention. I’ll try looking it up using Large as my guide. Thanks!

To be fair, Leah often leaves out her own size when going over the models', by having broken thoughts on something else. I really like Leah as a host, but she does do this often. I prefer to look at measurements online.

But I give Leah credit for this morning -- she has already said she's wearing her "normal size 16" in her Logo jeans presentation.

As stated above, Leah has mentioned the numeric size she's wearing.

I would go by the actual garment measurements by using the "click here" link in the item description.

if you need that much stretch you should probably

size up ... just sayin...

I mean the tugging and pulling is ridiculous ...

So much depends on the style, a pair of beach pants is very different than a pair of leggings. Safer to check actual garment measurements. Love how they are provided 😍

Got to give it to Leah. She always wears a size that fits her best . She never wears a size too tight or too small as some other Hosts do . I think she wears an XL

I always remember Leah giving her size when she is wearing an item she presents. Doesn't seem like she is trying to hide it from the viewers.

Most of the time Leah will say she is wearing XL be it top or bottom. Sometimes I think she can wear a large but maybe she likes her clothing looser. Better than tight like so many other hosts!!!

@Desertdi OMG yes!! I hate that. Not everyone has those issues.

@RaisedOnQVC. Have you order pants in another QVC line? I seem to wear the same size across the board. You can also view the actual garment measurements by clicking where indicated at the end of the text describing the garment.

@Caaareful Shopper. @RaisedOnQVC. Leah when wearing the Jean jacket the morning had the vendor peek in the neck of her jacket and said she was wearing a 1x which was larger than the L that she usually wears.

I've always heard Leah tell her size---and I believe her-- unlike many of those women who I am sure fudge a little--am thinking about JT--and as we all know--Amy is a petite xs--and is 5'2--hear that 20x everytime she is on. As far as those size charts--never have they been accurate for me. Don't buy clothing here anymore--BTW--I am 5'5 and wear a medium or reg 10-12--HA!!!!🤪

and another thing--as to going down a size usually in jeans--OMG--that is just awful on me--thats when the funky stuff shows thru the material--its way too tight and not comfortable either.
