I want to return a purse I ordered and the shipping I was charged was around $11. Does that mean I will be charged the same in return shipping? They sent it in a large box. Also, I have a few tops I'd like to return as well. Can I put them in the same box to avoid additional return shipping fees?

If you use the q return label, there is a price on it in the upper right hand corner. It says either $8.95 or $9.95. I've always combined returns in one box. I don't believe that's changed with the new return policy, but I haven't had to return anything lately.

Look at the pre -paid return label, that arrived with your purchase, it should have either $8.95 or $9.95 on it. You can pay for shipping your self, but be sure to purchase a tracking number if USPS, of course, UPS has tracking. They will deduct for the prepaid shipping from your refund, plus you will not be refunded the original shipping price from your refund. If there was an issue with your bag and you don't feel you should pay for shipping call customer service.

As far as multiple items in one package box, yes you can still do this. I just sent 4 items back, two for refund and two for exchanges. This at least saves me a little especially since the new shipping has gone into effect. I always make sure to include all the paperwork and original wrapping too. If you have any questions call C.S. they are very helpful.

Oh, on the multiple items, you can't mix, fashion with beauty or with home, all items in the package must be of the same type. Shoes and clothes can go in the same. So keep the item types together.

I do not think you need to put in a box. Use a plastic bag and make your own label but always insure.
