      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordering 3 items and had to repeatedly enter addresses,etc. Customer service said "sorry" we're having technical issues and rep didn't know what to do. I had to ask for supervisor who said she couldn''t cancel order, but it will take additional 48 to correct. ?QVC spend some of your dollars on good technical repairs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
