      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC is going to lose business if they can't get it together. &amp;nbsp;I returned about 10 things on June 30 and still do not see any credits. &amp;nbsp;If we are good enough to order from you then shouldn't it be very iportant to you to process returns as soon as you get them? &amp;nbsp;I get an email that says its on its way back, then one that says you received it, then after two weeks still not credited. &amp;nbsp;I did call to get a rep to process the return - she was older I could tell by her voice and she told me she was only allowed to do two!! &amp;nbsp;THAT'S NOT TRUE because before I have had reps return as may as 15 in a call. &amp;nbsp;She was very frustrating so I just hung up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;GET IT TOGETHER!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I am reading this correctly, you note you just returned 10 items and that previously, you had returned and were credited for 15 items.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No judgement but just a thought. Perhaps you might consider ordering a bit less so that the number of items you need to return (and accompanying aggravation&amp;nbsp;over the return process) might help a bit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;On June 20 I returned a pair of shoes. &amp;nbsp;(I ordered my usual size and they were huge!!). &amp;nbsp;They arrived at QVC returns in South Carolina on July 5. &amp;nbsp;As of today I still didn't get my money returned and in fact was charged a 2nd easy pay. &amp;nbsp;So I contacted CS and was issued a return "manually". &amp;nbsp; No wonder QVC sales are down. &amp;nbsp;Too much "work" on my part to follow up everyday on status of my return. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Holy ******! 25 returned items in what sounds like a relatively short period of time? I don't think I've returned that much stuff in 25 years! My advice to you is to be more conscious of what you're ordering. The return fees alone are astronomical. Keep that in mind you place an order. Or maybe that doesn't bother you. It would bother me.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I tell them how I want my refund. If I want an exchange, I tell them what size and color(if necessary). I usually receive my credit within 5-7 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why don't you take responsibility for handling your own situation and make it easier. I never understand why people expect others to do for them what they won't do for themselves.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I must agree that returning 25 items in a short period of time is concerning. Something is definitely wrong.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I return very little and sometimes it takes awhile but I always get it back. &amp;nbsp;I use Q card and only out very little to begin with. &amp;nbsp;I've done a few exchanges and that takes awhile but most of the time I get the exchange. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have gotten very good at picking out what item will work or what won't. &amp;nbsp;I always check the measurements for the garment and also who the designer is. &amp;nbsp;Not all brands fit me as well as others no matter what they say. &amp;nbsp;If reviews I always check those out as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It pays to do some leg work before ordering so returns are less. &amp;nbsp;My friend orders and has no clue on measurements and returns a lot. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With increasing prices a person needs to save on that postage when possible too. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;A bad decision results in the need to return,&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;at a minimum&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;25 items.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;QVC's return policy has no bearing in my comment. Their 30 day return policy is not unlike many retailers.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;With any online transaction you don't see the item in person. But QVC is far and above with the advantage of a live broadcast/video display of the item, and from what I've experienced, a more detailed garment sizing chart than the vast majority of other retailers. If one is a conscientious consumer you avail yourself of all the tools offered before making a purchase.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
