I would like to see QVC be more conscious of their packaging. Way too much plastic, both bags and hard plastic. We are killing the planet and excess packaging is a big culprit.

Mostly what's inside of the plastic packaging is plastic too. They sell a lot of poly clothing.

@tessahen. They could use cardboard boxes like Amazon, or paper envelopes. Then people could complain about trees being destroyed. I'll take plastic bags.

They probably could use other packing material, but it will cost more. Quite a few posters complain about the price of shipping, but using better packing material will only increase S/H costs.

Our country uses so much plastic for so many things the shipping plastic doesn't bother me.

Unfortunately, you can't please everyone. If they use less packaging, and occasionally I have seen this, there are complaints about damaged items or they want their garment folded neatly, wrapped in tissue and packed pristine.

Others, like yourself, want less. I will take whatever as long as the item is not damaged in transportation. If it takes more plastic then so be it. I recycle it anyway.

I came to the forum to see if any one is disgusted with the LACK of care of their shipping anymore. Your response to the start of this topic is spot on.

Got Revatalign shoes for me and for my mom. Hers came first, only in shoebox and it had tears in the cardboard!!!!! Mine came today...only in shoebox too!!!!!!! So my mom's are going back, too big and I gotta use more shipping tape than usual to seal up the shoebox to make it shippable! I'll add now QVC with their humongous increase in APR card, cutbacks on perks etc, now wanna put more work on us with returns so they can save more money! NO RETURN LABEL, NOT EVEN A RETURN ADDRESS on box!! There's a note to go to QVC to get return instructions!!!!! I'm not printing out a label!!!!! So I go there and you literally feel humiliated. It gives you an option to start the runaround to return at post office, having you search for post office, still not getting to return address!!! That's all I want! Other option is for you to get a thing scanned at post office and they'll print label!!!! Really??? Can I just return an item easily like it has always been!!!! Besides a few items of food and lotion, I'm done with this place. This company has changed so much, now making us take up more of our time and I will say money on returns??? Petty and rude QVC. Ohh, but give those huge dollars off for new customers first orders. I can run this company better with compassion and thriftiness, gone are the good days of shopping at QVC. On that note I'll be calling customer service for a return address so I can write it on a piece of paper and tape it to box to prep for post office.

Cardboard can be recycled and used again and again. But we need to plant more trees and stop allowing deforestation for corporate wants.

Plastic is plastic forever. I avoid it.

I don't use plastic bags if I can carry what I bought.

I usually take a reusable bag into stores with me so I don't have to get plastic.

I buy from several retailers and most use cardboard and many use recycled cardboard. I always reuse and recycle.

I called them and they're mailing me a return label.

Rep told me that last year they cut back on return labels since a small percentage is ever used. I told him it would've been nice if that was shared with us as I wouldn't have wrote such an irate post. So besides requesting a return label to be mailed, I had no clue too on directions posted here.
As for Revitalign box, that's how Rev sends them!!!!! So I let rep know, bad decision. The shoes are not protected once that box rips in transit.
