The details on the code GIFT15 state it can be used twice...Two Time Use. I used it successfully yesterday. Today, I attempted to use it again (over $60 purchase), and a message came up saying that the code has already been used. It would not give me the discount, so of course, I didn't place the order. Any thoughts on this?

I just tried to use the code a second time, yesterday it worked fine, and today

I put something in my cart for over $60 and applied my QVC card and off came

the $15 but not the free shipping. Not buying.

There is an As Is Prepology set for as little as $3.00 if you are interested in

getting something to go slightly over the $60 to get the discount. You could

always donate it too if not interested in it.

I think the free shipping with QCard was only for yesterday. One of their Tuesday holiday specials. Next Tuesday there will probably be a different offer.

@Sister Barbara. @threecees When you have trouble with a code, after assuring your item meets the guidelines, call CS. They can enter it manually.

I used it 2x no problems....I would email the moderators and ask for help.

I'd say call CS, but they do not seem to be as well trained as the social team.

The same thing just happened to me a few minute ago. Going to try again later.

The same thing just happened to me a few minute ago. Going to try again later.

@Sister Barbara @Tori3569 - The same thing happened to me earlier today. I used the code once yesterday.

When I tried to use it today, it said it had already been used. I immediately got on a live chat (as the item I wanted was a One Time Only) and the CS rep applied a $15.00 credit to my account that was applied to my order at checkout.

I know it's late, but you may be able to do that, or call CS directly.
