HSN does, for praise of service reps, I guess. Or anything you are impressed with in the whole organization. Of course this can be used for negative reasons, also.

@depglass No, QVC customers mostly just gripe. Perhaps you've noticed?

People on the boards occasionally commend a CS rep by name and the mods will pass it along to a CS supervisor.

You can leave positive feedback under Connect with Us. It's used for both positive and negative. I'm sure they would appreciate something positive these days.

@depglass I wrote a post about an issue I had & stated how the CR was helpful, patient, etc w/me. I gave the CR name. Walter (the MOD) saw my letter & advised he was forwarding my letter to the person's supv/manager. I also snail mailed my letter to the West Chester corp office PTB as a backup.

Just by reading the title, I thought you were asking about a line of products on QVC.

Not to derail the conversation, but QVC actually does have a line called Complliments. It's their own proprietary brand of accessories (belts, socks, hats, etc.).
