Takes forever for QVC credits to hit your account. No other merchant, including HSN take this long. You have to constantly watdh to make sure it hits your account. And the amount credited is ridiculous. I had an easy pay return where I had paid over $11.00 and only go $1.86 credit, which is taking weeks to show up. When I make a return I am giving QVC tons of money. Big Rip off. HSN does a better job and you get more money back. Aren't they the same company? Why do they handle the financial aspects differently? I shudder every time I have to make a return. Other merchants receive your return and the money including shipping is added back to your account in a couple of days.

Depends on the site ... if you shop QVC then you are (or shoud be) aware of their return policy; so if you are unhappy with it then i would stop shopping here. HSN does not return your originl S&H and they are not the same company. They are both owned by the same parent company.

I can find the same things elsewhere and not pay shipping and most often, not pay returns. I looked at something on Q yesterday and it was $10 more than on Amazon and other sites. I ordered it without paying any shipping and returns are free.

Not everything is available elsewhere cheaper.....QVC has many exclusive lines, kits, packups etc.

My Edge shopper box drops down on anything I click on and tells me if it is availble for less. Often, it states QVC has the best price since that Exact item is NOT available elsewhere.

It does always pay to comparison shop for sure, but NOT everything is a better deal elsewhere. And if you are paying for Amazon Prime, it isn't really 'free' shipping either.

If you use the Easy Return method the refund is quicker tho not as fast as it used to be.

It's not just QVC taking so long. I returned something to Macy's over a month ago - they received it 5/3. I still don't have a credit on my Macy's credit card. After calling and messaging CS for the last month I finally yesterday called the credit card CS. They did a "manual" credit for me which should be credited by 6/17. I'm about done with Macy's too. Or at least returning anything by mail.

By the way - when you use Easy Pay and return the item they deduct the original and return shipping from your credit so it's often a very small amount,

I returned an order recently and did get my refund all within 2 weeks, maybe less--I thought that was pretty good. But have had to Live Chat with CS about where the heck my refund was--and they refunded me instantly. Just reminds how I need to weigh any purchases I make --mostly I try to buy from retailers that offer free returns---

I find QVC credits pretty fast on returns, but I usually do the Easy Returns. However, ShopHQ is shady as all get out. I bought a pair of shoes in April, returned them 2 days after receiving using their label. Got an email that they received my return and then nothing. Two days ago I called them, sat on the phone for about 30 minutes and they said they had credited my return in April. It still wasn't noted on my cc, so I said I would contact my cc company. She said if there was a problem to call her back. NOPE, I just contaced the cc company online and they credited me.

I had also placed another order for shoes in early May and returned them, same scenario. I will never make a purchase from ShopHQ again. And, its their loss because I wanted a bracelet from Sonia Bitton, but after this, there's no way I would chance a purchase that large from them.

HSN, on the other hand, is a pleasure to do business with and I shop there very often!

Not so much for me!

I have only returned 2 things ever to HSN, both defective. One just 10 days ago and they shorted me on my refund, again.

I had to contact both times and I should NOT have had to.

No difference for me with bad return department service with QVC or HSN.

I Use easyreturns and usually have my credit in less than 2 weeks. Not bad at all. As far as the amount, if you bought on easy pay and they deduct original shipping and label fee, you get what's left. Were you aware you don't get original shipping back? It's been that way for a long time.

Maybe we buy different things. ie: I don't buy "kits" because I end up throwing out some of it.

For maaaaany years, everything I've wanted from Q was less expensivev elsewhere, whether it be the price or the promo/coupon available.

Check out the June 6 TSV. Local furniture stores sell it the manual recliner for $699. Q sells it for $1199.
