I miss the old "now your cooking day" not so many sales reps and the hosts actually cooked ! Anyone remember those days? Mostly in the nineties. So much fun.

No food sales then now they take up 2 hours especially this time of the year...

seems the same items are sold over and over.

How often was a Le Creuset brand for sale, seems it eas not too long ago.

used to have a " Now your baking day" this time of the year.....

Too much meat for sale too,

times have changed, QVC has to go where they can sell, that's their business.

Count me as a person that always detest the idea of cooking on a shopping channel. I watch to shop, not cook, not bake. If I ever had a desire to make Mac & Cheese, and I don't see that happening in this lifetime, I'm certain I can figure it out. There are plenty of other channels and programs devoted to cooking.

Once QVC discovered there was a gold mine in selling prepared food, they never looked back. I'm afraid the good old days are gone forever.

@purple diva My husband and I were having lunch and I switched on the Q. I agree, I miss the old food cooking days....I would watch most of the day. I turned this one off after five minutes.

I'm with you. I miss the old days also. I liked how interactive David was at the beginning while adding to a recipe they had started or just the way he was with vendors. It's just different so I get what you mean..
