    <description>&lt;P&gt;I called CS yesterday to voice my concerns about this new policy. &amp;nbsp;Assuming that everyone has access to a printer to generate their own &amp;nbsp;return label is a mistake. &amp;nbsp;The convenience of ataching the enclosed return label to the package and tossing it into a mailbox is no longer an option.. &amp;nbsp;At a time when many online retailers have made returns easier (Amazon, Coldwater Creek, Zappos), Q has made it more difficult. &amp;nbsp;And let's not forget, they do not have free returns. &amp;nbsp;We are paying $6.95 to return most items. &amp;nbsp;For that, we should at least have a label. &amp;nbsp;From now on, I guess they just want to be known as QV, because the C is gone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;HasAnyone noticed that there are no more return labels with your order? They are requiring you print your own or call customer service. If you don't have a printer that is a big problem, since it takes them 8 to 10 days for them to mail you one. I will be ordering a lot less from QVC . This is a big hassle and I don't need any more complications in my life.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure which carrier is used for Q returns but I know that you can download a copy of the label and then have UPS print it for a $2 fee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can search out "return labels". There have been many discussions on this. I have said it before but will repeat, I receive a return label with every order. I never use it. I toss it. If I need to return something I just print out my order and hand write the address on the box/envelope.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;It's baffling how some continually don't receive them while others, like myself, get them but don't use them. I'm sure eventually they will become obsolete as many online retailers are omitting them also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So, it currently seems to be hit, or miss. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;For shopper convenience, it would be nice to always receive refund labels. Particularly for clothing items, where sizing can be an issue. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I really don't want to keep a printer up and running, just for a rare return. Retired now, I won't use a printer often enough to make it worthwhile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Yes, and i am tired of this happening, i need to return two pairs of pants ,each came in seperate bags ,no return label with either one.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I called CS yesterday to voice my concerns about this new policy. &amp;nbsp;Assuming that everyone has access to a printer to generate their own &amp;nbsp;return label is a mistake. &amp;nbsp;The convenience of ataching the enclosed return label to the package and tossing it into a mailbox is no longer an option.. &amp;nbsp;At a time when many online retailers have made returns easier (Amazon, Coldwater Creek, Zappos), Q has made it more difficult. &amp;nbsp;And let's not forget, they do not have free returns. &amp;nbsp;We are paying $6.95 to return most items. &amp;nbsp;For that, we should at least have a label. &amp;nbsp;From now on, I guess they just want to be known as QV, because the C is gone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I called to get a return label from HSN and they told me to donate the products. They didn't want them back. It was over $100 worth of Keranique products. The only thing I could not use was the Minoxidil. It gave me the worst head pain. I used it the times and that was it. Kohls told me the same thing on a blanket. They said to donate it if i wanted to. I did. I don't&amp;nbsp;shop that much but I've seen this trend of not wanting returns back.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've been going to UPS and it's really easy. I start a return on the app or website and they give me a choice of how to return, then send a QR code. I package the return and show UPS the code. They print a label and give me a receipt. Incredibly easy! I also send an email to QVC easy returns and get my refund much faster.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
