I just opened a box and two bags. They both had the perforated label to be pulled back to expose the item name and shipping information.

Even though they should be able to easily peel off, every single one of the labels I had to pull back stuck to the bag or box. Trying to get the shipping information part off, I ripped it.

If the label has to be attached, can the shipping information part not be attached to the bag or box? I would like it even more if QVC would return to putting labels INSIDE the bags and boxes!

Recently had the same problem when peeling off, they all ripped and were not usable. I had to go to each item online and print out all the information to return.

QVC PLEASE STOP DOING THIS TO US!!!!

This has been annoying problem for quite some time, and I don't know why it hasn't been corrected when it is definitely cheaper (no special sticker paper, less ink, less stress on printers through eliminating multi-sided specially formatted jobs, fewer potential misprints and jams, fewer complaints, and more) to simply print the packing slip on a regular piece of paper, fold it, and insert it into an ultra-inexpensive adhesive window. This approach allows a single sheet of paper to do triple duty as a shipping label, invoice for customers who want to check the order details and/or keep it with their paperwork, and return label if needed. It also protects the label from the elements and damage in transit.

I'll bet there would be few if any complaints if all a customer had to do was find scissors and tape if they wanted to do an exchange or return—not sure how nobody has done a cost-benefit analysis (let alone a customer satisfaction study) on this mess.
