Hello, I am asking you to please not allow people to bring back posts and threads here fro so long ago, there is one here now from 2014. Please delete these or not allow them to be resurfaced, it is really annoying, many thanks

If someone searches for a topic, which many do, they're not necessarily checking the date of the original post. Therefore they may be replying or asking a question without seeing that's it's an old thread. They can't stop it unless they cut back on the archives.

I think it's pretty funny when a really, really old thread gets resurrected.

It's not as if they're crowding out all the "new" topics that are discussed.

Sometimes I cannot tell the difference between the old and new threads. They are the same old for me. Some opinions never change.

@Shelbelle I guess I don't pay attention to the date. I haven't noticed any "old" threads. But, why does it bother you so?

I think I just answered this concern in another post. For me.... I was looking for help. I figured if I searched just maybe I would find an answer about a problem with my car windshied of all things. And there it was..... an answer that allowed me to prove a point with my car dealership. They simply ignored me and thought it was MY EYES, my age, whatever. Sp in my situation allowing me to search back in time saved me from a serious situation going forward

I'm not sure how or why an old post is annoying. You can't control others but you can control how you react to what they do or say. I know I have bigger issues to think about.
