PLEASE PUT THE "ITEMS RECENTLY ON AIR" BACK WHERE IT WAS ...ACROSS THE TOP OF THE PAGE‼️‼️ IT IS NOW A SEARCH ICON. WE DO NOT NEED A SEARCH ICON AS WELL AS A SEARCH BAR ACROSS THE TOP OF THE PAGE AND THEN STRUGGLE TO FIND ITEMS ON AIR. IT WAS SO QUICK, EASY AND CONVENIENT TO LOCATE...NOT ANY LONGER. WHY RUIN A GOOD THING‼️⁉️⁉️

I'm not sure I understand the difficulty @Love2QIM . I click Watch & Shop and the top search is Items Recently On Air. It is only 2 clicks. Maybe currently there is a glitch in the system. Try again later. It's super simple as I described.

Different devices and different browsers show different things. Some people still have the tab option, other don't. So it always helps to mention what device and browser you're using so others with the same may be able to help.

My Recently On Air tab is now gone too, and it does take a couple more clicks to find them depending on where I am on the site or the forums.

I do the same as CJM61 and MziMac, directly to Watch & Shop, then hit the Items Recently On Air. I have to admit, I seldom review the QVC landing page, I am usually looking to see what I missed overnight. Other than that I search for an item.

Except for signing in here to see what's what, I use the search bar to find what I want. I know I was once a "see it, want it" shopper. No more.

On my iPad I have to scroll down thru the very crowded/jumbled first page of the website to find items recently on the air.

Try adjusting the size of your page view. The layout changes when it's adjusted larger.

Here's the layout I think you're expecting.

Here's the layout when the view is enlarged beyond a certain percentage.

On my screen, I just scroll down maybe half way on the main/front page and it shows what is on air right now and right next to that (on the right) is all the items recently on air. It shows the last 20 items.

I use an iPad. Some months ago, Items Recently On Air disappeared from the top tool bar. I too found the adding clicks to locate this feature to be annoying. The answer is the find the page and bookmark it. That way you can access it quickly every time.

I now use the Watch Live tab. It takes you directly to the current show's items, then another click to all the Items Recently On Air below.

i dont own an "i" anything, but i can easily find "items recently on the air" on my samsung phone via the qvc app right on the main page and can find it in two places if i am on my windows computer or samsung tablet and using the full qvc site. nothing has changed for me.

Where things are located can vary depending on browser and type of computer. I use a Macbook and iPad and it's on the front page for me.

Learn where you you need to click and move on. Q isn't going to change anything.

I don't think it's unfriendly, it just always seems to have some weird glitch.
