Is anyone else having problems with the qvc app crashing after being on it for just a few minutes?

Hopefully it will be corrected soon.

It's been going on for weeks now with no response or resolution. We've complained. Maybe they don't know how to fix it, or maybe they don't care?

@Duffsmom The resolution is simple. Don't use the app. Enter the system using QVC.com in your browser. You get the same information without so many hassles. There's no advantage to the customer in using the app.

Some people resolved the problem by uninstalling then reinstalling the app.

I know about those threads, and I've read them all. I guess I worded my response poorly, but the fact is my App still shuts down w/o warning which is why I posted my comment out of frustration. Just tired of dealing with it.
As @Kachina624 posted I've just been entering QVC in my web browser instead.

I hate most apps. Just go to the internet and look at qvc.com. Apps are not the be all, end all.

I have installed and uninstalled the app several times. It keeps crashing on me. I have gone to the website and had problems with that as well. Sometimes it just freezes up. Apparently QVC wants everyone to go back to watching television and ordering by phone. Not me.

Reinstalling the app has not helped resolve this issue for me.
Until this week, I haven't had any issues with the app. Now it's all of the time.
I downloaded the app a couple of years ago because the website was crashing whenever I was attempting to browse items.
I guess I'll attempt to use the website again.
This is very frustrating.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the QVC app twice over a 3-week period. Each time it worked for about 4 days, then started closing down again. Very frustrating.

I am having the same problem and I spoke to Apple who told me that the problem with the APP has to be fixed by the developer. I then called QVC and was told that they are fully aware of the problem and are working with the developer to fix the problem...
