She had very low sales. Or she would not have been let go. She's not coming back.

I don't believe Lisa Mason was let go from QVC. if I remember right she chose to leave to move to NYC so she could spend more time with her husband. He might have been working there but I'm not sure. I know she always talked about how much they both enjoyed visiting there and how they had friends there.

At one time QVC had the magazine called the "QVC Insider" and they often ran articles about the hosts. I remember reading about Lisa and how much she loved NYC.

I know she and Gino bought a brownstone very near Laura Geller. Lisa and Laura were very close friends.

I liked Lisa but I doubt very much that she would want to come back as a host. I think she has moved on past that time in her life.

Yup. I agree; unfortunately there are some that just can't do that. AND no matter the few amount of these "requests" will ever take place. In the past history of these instances, no one that's left for whatever the reason has returned.

I know that Gino passed away quite a while ago. I was just commenting on the statement made that Lisa was laid off from QVC.

I'm aware that Lisa has been gone from QVC for many years. The information that I was referencing was from when Lisa was with QVC.

I do not understand how grown adult people get so attached to people they never met and do not really know. You only know a host from what they put forward for you to see. They are not your friends. They are there to do a job...sell.

The last I heard, QVC did bring Lisa back. She is on QVC in the UK. If you check their website, she has a lot of jewelry listed.

Lisa wasn't fired by QVC. When her husband Gino became ill she left to be with him. When Gino went into remission she came back only to leave again,when he got sick again & eventually passed away.

I don't know if she ever wanted to come back again as a host. She created a jewelry line & I think she's happy not being tied down to host duties.

Lisa lives in her co-op in NYC & just bought a second getaway home in PA.She never owned a brownstone. She's always been strong,sweet & humble.

I find it interesting that QVC didn't want to sell her jewelry here,but she's apparently doing fine selling it in England.I own her watch & love it.

I hope she's happy & at peace.

I only know Lisa Mason as a host when she returned a few years ago. I was not impressed.

She sat through most of her presentations, and relied on the host to do almost everything, I remember distinctly when she did a Denim & Co. show and basically kept asking Gary basic questions, one after the other, as if she had never seen the items before. He did all the heavy lifting as she kept nodding her head.

Then, she apparently became I'll and missed a couple of shows. But at the same time on her personal social pages she was training for a half marathon. Very odd.

I felt a lot of empathy for her because of the death of her dear husband. I just did not like her as a host.

I don't believe Lisa Mason was let go...as I recall she left on her own....she did return to QVC later on, but left once again due to her husband had been diagnosed with cancer...

How would we know her sales? We are not privvy to individual hosts' sales levels.

I remember also she left on her own for personal reasons.

She has made guest appearances many times, so it is not so far-fetched.

There was a time we never thought we'd see Kathiy Levine back either.

Several weeks ago when they layed off ppl, Lisa said she was contacted by Qvc and they were no longer interested in her line of jewelry and would not be asking her to return. Its on her page

They are NOT your friends or buddies, regardless of the act they put on to get people to spend their money!
