I enjoy Sandra on PM Style. The only thing that she is doing (and all the hosts seem to do this) is making the items sound like they only cost the easy pay price. If you are not paying close attention, it can be misleading. That being said, I wouldn't mind if she was the regular host. She did say at the beginning that she is only filling in.

Sandra is a very poor choice to be PM style host. She's so boring and has no sense of style. They should have chosen Courtney Cason and Alberti as Co hosts they bring a young fresh vibe. Lisa R exit is a huge gaping hole at QVC. LA Diva Robertson is I think a much bigger hole than qvc expecting. Even after Lisa leaving the boards are flooded with talk about her. The queen can never be replaced.

I agree with pretty much everything you've said, particularly about Lisa leaving a bigger void than anticipated, but will say, despite limitations, Sandra and Courtney are doing a better job than I anticipated... I'd much rather see Lisa back, but I guess we'll see how this plays out...

I personally think Sandra can do a very good job with PM Style, if they keep it as a 3-hour show - which I actually doubt they will do. However, Courtney is not now and never will be another Lisa Robertson, so I hope nobody holds their breath for that to happen. She is young, but comes across as way too "cutesy" and trying way too hard to be someone she's not. Alberti is great - and I'll watch him any time.

And the boards wouldn't be quite so flooded with talk about Lisa if you hadn't started several threads about her yourself. I think it's a little odd to consider her "the queen".

Sandra isn't going to be the permanent host of PM Style and Alberti forget it. They won't promote someone with less then a year of hosting experience over someone who's been there longer. Expect it to be either Gabrielle, Amy or Courtney.

Oh my, then Sandra's looking better and better... Amy, for me persnonally, is a non-starter, and I don't see Gabrielle as being an "A" lister... Courtney would be my choice of the three, but I simply don't think she's ready to handle it... I could see them going with co-hosts as they do in the AM... Sandra did say they have some exciting changes in store down the road... Of course, this IS still QVC, so I'll take the "exciting" thing with at least a shaker of salt...

QVC and viewers will have to go on without Lisa and I'm sure they will. As far as host for PMS, Amy already has a show or two, Gabrielle would not be a great choice in my opinion, and Courtney would be the worse choice of all. I don't think Alberti should do the show on a regular basis--he can do any type of show and he seems to perform as though he has been there a lot longer than he has. They should use him for a variety of programs and special programs. They need to work on the fashions they present in addition to selecting a new host. PMS is so boring and was even boring with Lisa the last few years.

That's always a possibility. Another thought would be Rachel too she's pretty good and since she no seems to no longer do the facebook thing during the morning show anymore why not.

QVC, I think Sandra is a great host for PMS. She is very real, classy, down-to-earth. As a mom of three, in my forties, I can relate to her better than the younger hosts. I enjoy watching her.

Who knows what she meant by it, but my take was that Sandra was intimating that changes are afoot... Could well be that TPTB realize PM Style both needed an overhaul and was too closely associated with Lisa for another host to ever really 'own' it... and have planned to have it morph into something else... I guess we'll see.

Wow! 10 replies and probably 12 stabs at the hosts. They need to put Inspired Style with Amy Stran in place of PM Style. I've never understood why Amy and IS are on so late at night-well, actually, so early in the morning. This is a great show. The interaction with the models is fantastic (keep the same models-they are great!). I believe Amy's sense of style is on trend (even though I hate that saying) I am always interested in what she is wearing and what she's going to put with that purse or those pumps! I'm 50. My daughter is in college and she watches/dvr's every show too. For you "No one can replace Lisa" people- get over it. She gave you a heads up. Some hosts just say "today's my last day". You've had time to prepare. Good God! The woman has given you 20 of her prime years! Let her lie. Give a girl with great fashion sense a try. She has worked with LISA on her shows... If QVC wants to alternate then I think Gabrielle has a great sense of style and the effervescense to carry her own show as well. Join the "STOP HOST BASHING" initiative today. Stop the senseless cruelty NOW!

I agree with SCAV...Amy's Inspired Style should be moved to PM Style....the 1am hour is difficult to impossible for many to watch...I have seen it a couple of times and Amy does a great job interacting with the models/vendors and keeps the show interesting....

The times I have seen it...the show was casual and comfy as though she was sitting in my living room with some friends talking clothes....I just wish I could stay awake longer so I could catch it that early in the AM....

At the beginning of the show, Sandra said that she was not going to be the permanent host, but that she would be filling in for the next couple of weeks. I have no doubt that the "throne" will go to Courtney.

Sandra is the best choice over all others. She is calm, knowledgeable, poised. I do not care for Courtney as she is already a bit over confident. I think if she did PM Style it would be another all about me show, this of course IMHO.

Snoozefest! Please get rid of PM Style and find another show. Sandra is very unimaginative. Find something she has passion for. PM Style - not so much.

Sorry, I thought she was awful. She talks so fast that its hard to understand what she is saying. She talks over the vendors constantly. She stumbles over the information and seems very disorganized. She does not seem to know anything at all about fashion.

I think she is very pretty, very sweet.......but I can not bare to listen to her.

I totally agree with the Cheers for Amy Stran. I love watching her show! She is intelligent, interesting, very good with all the vendors, and seems so comfortable in front of the camera.

She is wonderfully prepared, and knows a lot about fashion. I always watch her; can't understand why she is on in the middle of the night, except perhaps that schedule works well with her new little baby.

If they have to have a permanent host for PMS I hope it's Amy with Courtney as her side kick. Amy isn't that much older than Courtney and they both have such a hip style. I'm older, but I try to be hip and current in my dress, but appropriate for my age. I like Sandra, but she's too nervous and too much of a people pleaser, won't tolerate that for 2 or 3 hours.

I totally agree with you! Sandra can sell toys or makeup- BUT fashionista she is definitely NOT! She bores me to death. I used to wait for PM Style so excited, but now I change channel. I also would have chosen Courtney Cason. At least she is fashionable and holds my interest. Please QVC - make this a consideration! We need the style Lisa was bringing to the for-front, not everything is for the older group!
