      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have mostly been getting return labels in my packages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is rare that i dont, but if it does happen, i dont have any issues printing one out from my order summar online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC apparently has a new buisness model to charge for a return shipping label and does not include the information needed to do a manual return. Q label starting at $6.95 on top of the actual return shipping. Had to open a CS chat to get the information to do a manual return. What the xxx ??? and Live chat has 'not answered' or come online ... i tried 4 diff times .... and clicking returns just brings me back to returns quck access link that does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to return this order, it really did not agree with me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;seems QVC wants to make it impossible to do a return or get your money back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also sent many emails .... and feedback on such ... and of course QVC has not replied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however they continue to bombard me with emails to buy items .... at least 3/day ... even tho' I have unsubscribed to their emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what is going on with this company ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they gave instructions on 'how to return' way below EXCEPT they neglected to include the address you are to send your return to !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;again ... because they do no want you to return anything OR get credit back f&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone have the address to send items to ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
