I will not order from QVC again! I am a good customer, and yet I will not receive free shipping until 1/31/23. Only NEW customers will receive this....WHOSE DUMB IDEA IS THAT.

I have to admit I was a bit taken aback when Shawn announced that last night. While it is a good marketing ploy to get new customers, I feel it is a slap in the face of loyal customers that have been around for years.

It won't keep me from ordering from QVC, but I will continue to first look for what I need where free shipping is the norm and not a carrot dangled in front of our faces.

Giving free shipping to new customers until January 2023 is not a real motivator to shop when so many of us have been customers for 20-30+ years. I wonder why no one at QVC thought about how the loyal customers would feel about this. Well, for today, there is lots of good football and tomorrow, perhaps I will remind myself again - and again, the day after that.

@sbmariner I was surprised to hear that too. It really is a slap in the face to loyal customers. Why it might be a marketing ploy to gain new customers, announcing it on air to ALL viewers isn't a good idea.

There are other way to get new customers, a mail out postcard or some other way you can target non-customers while excluding your current customer base. .

When my daughter was young and very much into those American Girl Dolls, we spent a pretty penny buying all that stuff. AG would sent out catalogs. The new customers got the catalogs with discount codes and free shipping, but the loyal customers didn't get anything. I called and complained and I'm sure didn't get anywhere. It would be nice if retailers, not just QVC, threw us a bone and say "Thank you for being a loyal customer" once in a while.

Is it free shipping ONE time for new customers? If so many sites do this. If not free shipping many sites will give a % off an item to new customers. Nothing new.

I couldn't believe my ears when Shawn announced this last night! We have been putting up with BAD delivery, customer service, regarding returns...AND items listed as in process for ever! This is the last straw for me. i have been a customer almost since the beginning. DONE🤪

New customers will receive free shipping for every purchase until 1/31/2023.

The majority of regular stores offer decent to excellent loyalty programs for their customers - that kind of shopping makes me happy.

As a customer for about 30 years, I am not happy. As another person said, it's a like slap on the face.

This stinks! Not fair to the long time customers. I've been one since the get-go.

Same with the account credit when opening a QVC credit card - I've never received one.

I spend a lot at QVC - I'd appreciate something - a coupon, free shipping, anything!

I agree that I was surprised to hear free shipping for new customers thru 1/31.

However, they did not say NO free shipping for existing customers until after 1/31.

QVC could still offer free shipping for everyone on some of those days before 1/31. It's just not everyday.

Still, a this is a lousy promotion. Especially the way QVC charges shipping on each item ordered, and not a total order shipping charge like so many other online retailers.

Very bad public relations during their most important retail sales season.

It is insulting to existing members, and also smacks of desperation to get new customers. A really poor decision which should be corrected.

Two words...scr*w em.

The ongoing questionable (stupid) decisions on every level made by management of this company are piling up...and they stink! I love QVC so much and have shopped with them since the late 80's. But every day I find myself more and more exasperated (bordering on angry!) with what is going on.

Hard as it will be for a true QVC addict, I think I'm going to do my level best to shop elsewhere. Wish me luck....I've failed before. LOL!

Many places offer free shipping with a minimum purchase amount. HSN is doing that now with $75+ orders. That's what I would like to see QVC do, too. Settle this once and for all.

Wow, I really don't know what to say to this. At first I thought this must be a mistake. I'm still wondering if the hosts were misinformed, hopefully. This is very disappointing. I feel as if I was not invited to my best friends party. I feel left out and feel as if I am not wanted as her friend. QVC is making me feel completely unappreciated and irrelevant even though I purchase $100's every month.
