I Will turn to Amazon for free, fast, speedy shipping, of all the beautiful products I need. Returns and exchanges are a breeze. Qvc and Hsn are WAY TOO SLOW!!&amp;nbsp; Going, Going and will soon to be GONE!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I have orders sitting "in process" for days on end. I know everyone is short of help, but I can get an order placed and delivered from companies like bass pro shop, old navy, Kohl's, etc. in a matter of just a few days. Why does it take QVC soooooo long to keep us waiting with orders in process??&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4763"&gt;@Effie54&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Wouldn't be all be just guessing if we gave you an answer?&amp;nbsp; I think so.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Here's my guess -&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;QVC is getting more orders than they can fill as fast as they come in.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; None of the other companies you have used run TV shows tha can bring in thousands of orders within one hour -&amp;nbsp; and some days that happens hour after hour.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I also know that just a few years back Amazon had an increase in their orders of 70% which would make people think they made a huge profit, but their bottom line actually dropped that year because they spent all the increase in revenue plus more to make do with fewer workers compared to that increase.&amp;nbsp; (This year Amazon is backing out of the contracts they signed for millions of square feet of new warehouses.&amp;nbsp; QVC isn't alone in being affected by money tightening.)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;QVC is a big company, but it's small compared to Walmart and Amazon.&amp;nbsp; Further, it doesn't collect upfront money in membership fees that those 2 do.&amp;nbsp; I don't know Walmart's number, but Amazon earns more than a billion dollars in those fees every year.&amp;nbsp; Free shipping is expensive!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Final comment -&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Every order I have made with QVC has been in my home by its EDD with a one-day exception when snow covered more than half the US, so I know not to track for several days, and I don't want to pay for shipping whether by a fee or having to buy extra to get to the free level.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I told QVC Social Team to cancel it even tho it said that baloney about 'no changes can be made at this time.' They said they would try-also told me not to refuse it if it ever comes as they can't track it. If I take it to the p.o. they will give me a receipt that I refused it so I will have my proof, but can you just imagine how long that would take them to track it and give me a refund? I'll just return it and get free shipping. If it ever comes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

My previous orders had been delivered within a few days, not any more. They take over a week, almost two weeks to Release the funds back to your card. So refunds are still ridiculously slow...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a TSV item on 11/15/22.&amp;nbsp; It still shows "in process" for order status.&amp;nbsp; I have contacted customer service and they said that if it hasn't been delivered by 11/26/22 then to call QVC again.&amp;nbsp; I just want to know if there is a problem with the order.&amp;nbsp; I know that during this economy and people not wanting to go back to work that everyone under the sun is short on staff.&amp;nbsp; I wish they would just say that.&amp;nbsp; It's never been this bad before but I'll still wait until the 26th to see if the item gets delivered.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Today is Thanksgiving, November 24th.&amp;nbsp; My order has been sitting "in process" for 9 days now.&amp;nbsp; I can't cancel the order and I have contacted customer service twice and they say to just wait.&amp;nbsp; I know companies are having staffing issues for one reason or another.&amp;nbsp; I just wish they would say upfront that because of staffing issues, it may take 2 weeks or longer to get your item.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to be respectful to all the employees that are working very hard to take up the slack.&amp;nbsp; I know about working short staffed being an RN that worked in hospitals for 35 years.&amp;nbsp; You do the best you can.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Placed an order for some bed sheets on Nov 27th, received my order yesterday Dec 1st via US Postal service, my order status still shows 'Preparing your Order.' Anyway, glad I got my order sooner than expected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
