QVC: When you show a 5'10" plus-sized model wearing a pair of denim pull-on jeans, and she's wearing a size or two too small, and it's 2 inches above her ankle, and the crotch is hanging 2", I'm not buying because it doesn't look good. That doesn't mean you should have a 5'10", 110 lb model either. Why not have well-proportioned models who are more of an average height and weight? Believe it or not, there are lots of very fit women, young and older, who are well-proportioned -- not pear-shaped, not apple-shaped. I was a Claiborne fit model back in the day and I was 5'6", 140 lbs. It *can* be done so that the clothes fit right and look good.

If the clothes don't look good on the models, I assume they won't look good on me and it's an easy pass and lost sale for QVC.

I find that quite a few of the pants they show don't fit the models in the crotch. I think that's why they show so many tunic tops

They show tunic tops because they're popular. Its unlikely a 5'10" model would have a 2" sag in the crotch. I've certainly never seen it.

The greatest atrocities are in choosing and dressing the plus size models. QVC has one who has absolutely no waist. How she ever got to be a model is a mystery. I saw one last night with pants so tight (heavy legs) that they were a mass of horizontal lines where the fabric pulled. They are usually stuffed into clothing that's too tight.

I like how the Q has models in all shapes and sizes. However since the pandemic they don't have enough on at one time....they will often focus on either a very overweight or tall thin model....sometimes both.....none of which I am.

I am petite at 5'1" but wear either a medium or small depending on the cut and measurements. There is one model that they have on occasionally that is around my size but our body shapes are somewhat different.

I agree that when something looks terrible on a model it doesn't make me want to buy.

I applaud QVC for being inclusive in their choice of different sized models. However, they all seem to be either an XXS or a 1x. We need to see some models that are a size M or L. JMO I know Jaqui and Bonnie fall in that category, but I think they are the only two.

@Kachina24, I saw it this morning -- the 2" crotch sag. Why? Because the dresser undoubtedly pulled those pants lower so that the pants length would approach a normal length on that 5'10" model.

@NEvans2 Yes, I like inclusiveness too -- all body types. But the clothes seem particularly ill-fitting on the larger women maybe because they need to wear a size or two larger. QVC should make sure that the models are wearing the correct size and they look good or else they won't make sales.
